Notable Quotes

  • So, in my book, I really just want to take all of the excuses that we've allowed to have power over us and get rid of them so that we can truly step into our own power and our full potential for our business.

  • I think that a lot of people are not as successful as they need to be because they play it safe too long where they're constantly just balancing back and forth and they're not getting any traction. And sometimes it literally takes getting to a point where there are no other options for us to get out of our own heads.

  • Sometimes, it takes some commitment, some owning it, some burning the boat kind of moment in order for you to take yourself seriously enough to do the things that are brave and hard.

  • If you are not showing up as the boss that needs to boss up and be powerful and of service-oriented and competent, you are not going to attract the business of the people that you want to work with.

  • What I discovered when I started my first online business is that I could have a challenging, fulfilling, and in fact a driven career, and be a more present mom and wife, and that's what drove my desires. So you have to lean into what that inkling is inside of you.

  • Money is energy. Money is literally just the flow in and out of energy, and it's just the meaning that we attach to it.

  • And so what I wanted to tell you guys is that there are solutions, creative solutions out there if you just open your eyes to them. It doesn't have to be black or white.

  • You can start your financial journey at any stage, and if you are someone who is currently in that career, and you know what you want for yourself you eventually want to follow your heart. You want to follow your passion, you know, you have the desire to help other people through your work in a more meaningful way.

  • It's so great to start it now, and then just continue to build these habits. And it's so wonderful because your energy around the work that you have is so uplifting, even talking to you, it's just like I can feel my internal state changing and I really believe that there's a lot that goes into that, including your relationship with money.

  • Awareness is always the first step and having so much compassion for where you're starting financially, regardless of where it is.

  • When we pay attention, we do what is necessary for the transformation, and that's when we get to where we want to go. So that's one thing that I want to say is that sometimes you have to take some risks there.

  • And so I just want you guys to know that sometimes pivoting is necessary and sometimes it means that your income is going to drop or stall a little bit.

  • I never think that money is a problem ever, I always know that I can make money. The question is, what kind of value do I want to put out into the world and what kind of time do I want to dedicate to all these different ways to make money?

  • I just want you to open your mind, open your eyes, and open your spirit to all the possibilities of things that can drop in and work for you. Allowing you to sometimes make those decisions where it's like allowing yourself to pivot even if it means that your income is always temporary, too.

  • I want you to use your superpower of choice to allow yourself to get your power back, to allow yourself to recognize that nothing can happen to you that you don't allow and that you get to choose how you respond to things.

  • I want to encourage you guys to choose that desire in your heart and to trust that if God puts that there, He will equip you for what he's anointed you to do. And I want you to just lean in with some courage and choose. Choose to rise above it, choose to go after it, choose to get creative, choose your life.
